“I realized that my energy well is not finite, it’s infinite. If I do things that create energy, I have more energy to put into my work.”

Tara Gentile grew up playing sports; but on the way to building a successful business, she “let herself go.” And she was over it.

Tara shares her journey from “I’m not the kind of person who works out” to avid hiker, runner, and climber – and the starts, stops, and pitfalls along the way. We also talk about the critical mindset shift that propelled her to prioritize fitness; the mistakes she sees entrepreneurs (herself included!) make around self-care; and the powerful side effects that committing to her health had on Tara’s business, social life, and relationships.

Tara is founder of CoCommercial, a digital small business community for entrepreneurs serious about making money, impacting their communities, and transforming the lives of those they love. She’s also the host of Profit. Power. Pursuit., a podcast that takes you behind the scenes of successful small businesses.
