One thing I forgot to mention: A commenter on my last post suggested I try Justin’s Nut Butter packets. Really great idea – and I appreciate the suggestion. I feel like nut butter might be too heavy for consumption during a run though. Before and after maybe, but during, not so much…at least not for me. Try it, though, if you think it might work for you and report back!
