Kathy Jakielski’s journey from rocket scientist (literally!) to massage and craniosacral therapist is a remarkable one – made transformative by how it taught her to trust her body’s wisdom.

As a go-getter “corporate road warrior,” Kathy was “a head on a body” – disconnected from her body’s signals and profoundly exhausted. Disoriented in an airport one day, not knowing what city – or even country – she was in, Kathy took her first step towards connecting with self and finding a more personal and satisfying definition of success.

Kathy Jakielski is an ex-rocket scientist turned massage and craniosacral therapist who helps thought leaders, IT executives, creative professionals, opera singers, photographers, writers and overall beautiful human beings to proactively chill the eff out and create amazing things in their lives. She is the founder of Shift Massage – with offices in Seattle, WA, the Big Island of Hawaii, and Lancaster, PA.
