“When I’m working out and eating well, I see the world in such a different way. I think it’s a small way of reclaiming a little bit of control over your life.”

Marisa Office was a successful corporate litigator on Wall Street when a series of traumatic life events collided with her already stressful career.

In this week’s episode of Women on the Rise, Marisa shares how she navigated that difficult period of her life – and came out the other side with more clarity and a deeper connection to herself. We also talk about meditation, fear, creativity… and Tom Brady.
