Anxiety, Resilience, & Being Vulnerable with Jo Casey

by | Oct 22, 2019 | Podcast

“We need to look at the message we’re giving to ourselves and to each other [about] putting ourselves at the bottom of the pile until we’re depleted. We are our main resource in our business.” –Jo Casey

Jo Casey began having panic attacks as a teenager. It wasn’t until her late 20s that a doctor diagnosed her with an anxiety disorder. As a business owner and coach, she struggled with how to successfully manage her business while also managing her anxiety – until she understood and embraced the gifts her illness brought with it.
