“No matter how [trapped] you feel, you can work around anything. There is always a way to get past wherever you are.” –Jill Harris

Master Pilates instructor and fitness entrepreneur  Jill Harris was building the next phase of her business when she was attacked near her home in San Francisco. With extensive injuries and pain, Jill was forced to figure out what she could and could not do physically – and reevaluate what was working (and not working) in her business and life.

More About Jill:

Founder of Informed Body and Creator of FitSprings, Jill Harris is a Master Pilates instructor and international Pilates presenter with over 24 years of teaching experience.

Jill was inspired to create FitSprings to make exercises safer for her clients who loved HIIT and Boot Camp style classes and were injuring themselves. Since then, FitSprings has been used in gyms, Pilates studios, and physical therapy clinics for numerous applications.
