Note: I feel the need to clarify my inadvertent confession of being a “caffeine addict.” (I’m a health and nutrition counselor, for god’s sake!) I do like my morning coffee – and I won’t ever apologize for that, nor ask anyone else to – but that’s pretty much where the buck stops for me. One morning cuppa joe and that’s generally it…which is why added caffeine in my gels is an issue for me. It amps me up WAY too much during a run; but it’s a nice way to get started on the run at 8:30a on a Saturday morning…I won’t lie. 😉
Anyway…just ignore me. I’m going to have my coffee now. 🙂
