“There are so many different definitions [of success]. So it’s about finding what works for you and then trying to honor that.”

As a successful marketing executive and ‘woman to watch’ in Silicon Valley, Lisa Abramson knew how to hustle. But when she found herself burned out, stuck, and feeling lost at the top of the corporate ladder she’d been climbing for so many years, Lisa began searching for a new definition of success.

Thus began Lisa’s exploration of meditation, mindfulness, and the scientifically-backed claims of reduced stress that came with them. Her journey led to the creation of her business, where she ‘inspires high achievers to be present in their lives and experience love and joy on a daily basis.’
