Judge me if you like, but I love Valentine’s Day.
I love red. I love chocolate. I love cards. I love warm fuzzies in the dead of winter.
I love holidays. Period. (Any excuse to celebrate works for me and my family…we’re goofy like that. Is it St. Patrick’s Day yet? 😉
And I love you…for being here, for sharing your thoughts in emails and here on the blog, and for taking control of your health so you can love, be loved, and live an exceptional life for many years to come.
So I’ve grabbed a few of my favorite posts about love and chocolate and sugar (including how to come off it when you’ve overindulged…oy!) and lovely things you can do to celebrate YOU on this admittedly over-commercialized little holiday.

I’m on a mission to make Valentine’s Day about love of all kinds.
Trust me. There’s something here for you too, even if you’re a diehard Valentine’s Day hater. (I still love you. Deal with it. 😉
